Creamy • Spicy • Fresh • Ready in 5 Minutes

Peruvian Green Sauce (Aji Verde) is a vibrant, creamy, and slightly spicy condiment made with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, lime, mayonnaise, and yogurt. This famous Peruvian sauce takes just minutes to blend and instantly elevates grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, sandwiches, tacos, and bowls.

A Sauce That Makes Everything Better

Some sauces quietly sit on the side of a plate… and others steal the entire show.

Aji Verde, Peru’s famous green sauce, absolutely belongs in the second category. Bright cilantro, fresh lime juice, creamy mayo, and spicy jalapeños come together to create a sauce that is bold, addictive, and unbelievably versatile.

This is the signature sauce served with Peru’s famous rotisserie chicken, but once you try it, you’ll quickly discover it works on almost everything — fries, grilled steak, roasted vegetables, tacos, sandwiches, and even rice bowls.

And the best part? You only need a blender and about five minutes.
